The purpose of our collaborative research is to examine how teachers can effectively accommodate the needs neurodiverse students in mainstream classrooms. Neurodiversity refers idea that we all have unique ways thinking and interpreting world around us. It an inclusive term meant emphasize differences are not deficits. This often used context neurological, behavioral developmental conditions. Recent studies suggest number people diagnosed with ADHD increased 4.1% autism diagnoses ninefold (Abdelnour et al., 2022). increase clearly highlights need for teacher education this field. Our findings identified numerous strategies help support students. Some these include presenting information smaller chunks, diversifying teaching methods, implementing different levels classroom order create a safe environment everyone. Other supports individualized programs. These documents enable collaborate developing effective learning plans. Through establishing student's individual strengths, weaknesses, goals, their classroom. Further on topic could explore changes curricula would better recommendations aim educators provide superior equitable throughout academic careers.
